All our payments are made exclusively by bank transfer<\/b>. A trade discount of 10 %<\/b> is applied to the sale price of the vehicle if payment is made in full when the order is placed. Delivery charges are not included in this discount.<\/b><\/p>\n

ARTICLE n\u00b04 – PROCESSUS DE COMMANDE<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

1 –<\/strong> To order a vehicle, a Order form<\/b>\u00a0as well as a\u00a0Sales Contract<\/b>\u00a0must be drawn up and signed by both parties.

2 –<\/strong> In order to draw up the Order Form and the Sales Contract, manage the import\/export procedures and update the vehicle registration certificate and documents, the customer must provide the following information:

- A recent copy of proof of address (electricity, gas or water bill, tax assessment, rent receipt, etc.):<\/b>
- A copy of both sides of his or her identity card:<\/b>
- Your full home address :<\/b>
- Mobile phone number :<\/b>
- A valid e-mail address :<\/b>

This information is necessary to ensure administrative compliance and efficient order processing.

3 –<\/strong> For vehicles worth LOWER<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0\u00a010 000 \u20ac<\/b>\u00a0a deposit of\u00a080 %<\/b> the sale price of the vehicle, plus any applicable delivery charges (\u20ac500 or \u20ac1,200) <\/b>is required at the time the order is placed. The balance of 20 %<\/b> must be paid at the end of the trial period of\u00a014 days<\/b>.

4 –<\/strong> For vehicles worth TOP<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0\u00a010 000 \u20ac<\/b> a deposit of\u00a030 %<\/b> the sale price of the vehicle, plus any applicable delivery charges (\u20ac500 or \u20ac1,200) <\/b>is required at the time the order is placed. The balance of 70 %<\/b> must be paid at the end of the trial period of\u00a014 days<\/b>.

5 - Full payment<\/strong> payment in full at the time of ordering.
This amount includes the price of the vehicle as well as the applicable delivery charges. (\u20ac500 or \u20ac1,200)<\/strong>.

ADVANTAGE<\/strong><\/span> for all full payment<\/strong> at the time of ordering, you will benefit from a commercial discount of 10 %<\/strong> on the price of the vehicle. Delivery charges are not included in this discount.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICLE n\u00b05 – DOCUMENTS ET SUIVI<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

For vehicles imported from Germany to another EU country, the administrative documents, including the vehicle registration document and any other documents, will be updated in the name of the new owner in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the destination country. We take care of all the administrative formalities involved in purchasing the vehicle, including..:

The vehicle will be delivered with a provisional registration and the definitive registration will be given to the customer within a maximum of 14 days after delivery, corresponding to the trial period. A 30-day provisional insurance policy is also included, to be renewed or replaced by a definitive policy before it expires.

ARTICLE n\u00b011 – RETARD DE LIVRAISON<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

In the event of late delivery or non-delivery in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights, the customer may cancel the contract and claim compensation if the company has not met the agreed deadline.
This cancellation may take place after a formal request has been sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, requiring the delivery to be carried out within a reasonable time. In the absence of a response or performance within this period, the contract may be terminated and the customer will be entitled to a full refund as well as compensation for any loss suffered.<\/p>\n
